A record includes an official publisher, the exact source link and our review date. Unless separately stated, we have not telephoned or visited the office. Published information can change. Always reconfirm current opening hours, appointments, paperwork, accessibility and language assistance before travelling.
What we record.
Each record has a stable ID, town being researched, actual office town, public-service category, published Bulgarian address, published telephone when available, its original source URL, desk-check date and the next review-due date. We explicitly track direct confirmation separately from an official-source check.
What we never infer.
A local office listing does not prove a doctor is accepting patients, a train service exists, or a public counter is open. We will not fabricate waiting times, transport schedules, prices or service accessibility. A regional healthcare insurance office is not a medical provider.
How review works.
The pilot uses a 45-day review interval. A review-due date does not mean a fresh review occurred. Our internal validator highlights overdue entries; an editor must check the authority and make any corrections before recording a new verification date. Urgent changes warrant earlier checks.
Reader corrections and independence.
Readers can report incorrect or old information via our About page. We check corrections against the authority before changing them. Official public-service listings are not paid placements; future paid promotions must remain clearly labelled and separate. All guides stay free.
