What makes these subjects different?

The UK and Bulgaria have separate legal and tax systems. A residence permit is not a tax residence certificate. A deed in two names does not prove automatic inheritance by the survivor. A central-bank mortgage average is not a mortgage offer. Shipping your own belongings does not guarantee import relief.

Before acting: Check the named government source and get qualified UK/Bulgarian professional advice for your individual facts. These articles do not provide tax representation or recommend a lender.
